tjzp: Thank you for this review, I will definitely be watching closely, as I'm still undecided whether to get the set. I appreciate the humour attempt while showcasing Elderly Dwarf, but this an actual named figure - Gloin, Gimli's father, and he's in the movie!

stehlik: Best way to celebrate would be to release a handful of new smaller sets (no no, you won’t get my money for brickheadz built from arbitrary pieces) or rerealease of old ones. Not as many wil buy this huge set. Many people would however outweigh the price if they could put their money into 5-7 smaller even quarter price / size of this one..

stehlik: I wonder if/when the minifig parts appear to be available to buy separately. Desperately need more dwarven helms for my underprotected dwarves with hairpieces only :)

Pollo Azteca: good Review as always sariel! what is your opinion about the set 42156 Peugeot 9X8? I think it could be one of the best that have come out in recent years,since it doesn't use as many decals for details imo (like the Ford Raptor does)
