Christian Buczko: Golabki should be shown and tried also. My family sometimes makes those, when they do, they make a massive pan and everybody pigs out on them. The ones we make are pork, rice, onion and salt/pepper, wrapped in cabbage leaves and boiled in tomato sauce. It creates an amazing flavour as the vinegar in the sauce is mostly boiled off, and reacts along with the tomato and cabbage leaves to create an amazing flavour. It's true comfort food...
