@Haelda: I knew instantly it was bugged when watching it live so I was so confused why no chronobreak happened or at the very least a pause after the fight.

W and Q can fail cast where your q will stay in one spot (even if your hands are off). What causes it? No clue. Just happens.
W Q can target a specific location and not lock off it.
W Q can fail to proc Q stardust circle despite being on the target.
Normal Q can as well, losing 70% of your damage.

first one:
phenomenal evil and other effects that are given buffs when they are the second to be chosen does not apply their correspondent buff (in this case, phenomenal evil doesn't give 40 ap);
when you are respawned from the circle after you die, if you have an arena champion (sett, jhin, pyke, lux, and the others), their presentation and the amount of life you will lose on loss show up until end of round
last one is not in arena, but it's bugging me since morgana rework: in portuguese, morgana has a line from taliyah when she uses her q and hits an opponent ("eu falei pra parar"). not one that happens all the time, but still happens
