@Pyke64: All the path tracing in the world won't help when the zombies are stuck animating at 30fps.
@user-ir5rw7wv4z: Amazing! Path Tracing is Next Gen ?
I noticed how shadows and blackout around characters model's (also static models, like shadow under the car / props), its like CGI 3D resident evil series. I hope RTX 5000 give us stable 60 fps with path tracing in any games ?

@JayRobert: Not worth the performance hit
@Saymond_Vezuchiy: It's not 100% Path Tracing, it's just a hybrid rendering, meaning Rasterization hasn't gone anywhere, and it's clearly visible. Tracing work can be noticed only in moments of noise on the screen in the form of very simple global illumination and some shadows. I'm not saying that Path Tracing is bad (it's a very breakthrough technology, but only in 100% rendering, in games like Portal RTX, Half Life 2 RTX, Quake, Minecraft RTX, etc), I'm saying that a pretty terrible job was done by an amateur developer to implement it in the game.
@pedrobrunogbbr6121: Vanilla,
@melxb: not bad
@ocosmosinfinito: It will be nice when the Nintendo Switch 2 can trace the game possibilities with Path Tracing before two higher-power consoles, because the technology is there to do this with low cost.
