@wRatte: What are your thoughts on adding the Free Camera Rotation mod?
@MH-is7eu: I think there should be a mechanic to promote lower rank soldiers in later part of the game. They are not gonna survive and will be a liabilities in normal missions. Easier fix would be to have soldier promotion from covert action mission reward, however only lower rank soldiers can do it. Say SGT and below so as to not abuse it to promote high ranks.
