@atul7833: At 10:30, you say its rude that the Floater took a reaction instead of scamper.
That is indeed what happens to me 100% of the time whenever I attack from concealment/or from around corner out of line of sight. I would say the code is such that scamper should take place but since they have magna's supremacy as a possible action too, so instead of scampering they take the reaction shot.
The only time I have attacked and they didn't take a shot in such a case is when I attacked with a squadsight sniper and only was seeing them with a reaper, and they still got magna reaction instead of scamper. Its just that since nobody was in range of attack, so they often moved. However, I would say not to rely on this vs some of the viper/gunship/floater variants since floaters can throw grenades like halfway across the map, and some viper/gunships have squadsight themselves.
