@Sauci55on: Will you get your hands on the Technic F&F Skyline ? Having just watched RacingBrick’s review on it, it seems more interesting than it looked, I’d like to see your point of view on it.
@Sauci55on: 3:08 I feel like the Concorde might share a lot of similar techniques as well
@Rickcarleson2152: Awful nose... master designers my a...
@peterpolus5272: I like the boeing door joke?
@mioszantas4462: I feel like if LEGO is going to keep producing all these adult-focused big models, they might as well bring out a few more specialized pieces to make places like the cockpit look better
@hereisaname8567: "which is odd even for a Boeing aircraft" HAHAHAHHAHAHHA
@czyznaszmnie: no i namówił.
@pocarski: wasn't there an old 90s System set that was basically this?
@xSoNiCcRaCkErSx: I feel like Lego needs to start hiring MOC creators on Youtube. I've seen several 747's that absolutely put this one's design to shame that have working flaps, landing gear, doors etc. On top of that, it might have been a better idea to simply have a better done 747 that has parts to modify and allow the attachment of the space shuttle set that they already made, which I believe to be far superior to this version.
@krafnamlologamingxd: This set looks fun, lets see
@saxus: One interesting sidenote: the whole set is more or less in the same scale as the Saturn V set - finally the 1:110 space community get some love from Lego.
@bartybum: Strangely, despite the aesthetics being off in some places, there's an odd charm to the imperfections that gives the set a really nice character, like you know it's made of regular bricks, and no special single-use moulds. It feels like a really honest attempt. It's probably my favourite non-Technic building experience to date
@wayre11: This time I can not agree with you at all ... this set is ugly, too small, and parts of the 747 are really weird ... bottom when wings meets fuselage is weird and rear horizontal stabilizers are totally wrong. They should make ~3000 only 747 to be able to carry now existing Discovery ... it's really shame, this set is not for me (as an planes lover) ...
@nathanielmeade5731: 17:14 daaaaaaaaang
@hyphencubed: I really hope now with this and concorde, that we get more lego planes. Obviously with lego's policy, we'll only get civilian aircraft, but i'm ok with that. cobi do awesome military aircraft
@hyphencubed: i would also be tempted to turn this into a regular 747. As in remove the shuttle supports and maybe even make some custom stickers for a custom livery
@ranosian1135: Given the scale, the nose is fine
