To get Uzi Emote you actually need to spend 500 USD - that emote is part of signature bundle, but preventing knockbacks only works on Risen Legend Vayne skin.
So sadly can't cancel CC for 20 USD, actually need 500 x). I believe it will be fixed ASAP though.
