The patient came to me after fracturing her old prosthetic crowns. The treatment was quite challenging – the abutment teeth were severely damaged and required endodontic retreatment, including the removal of a very long fragment of a Lentulo spiral, which caused me quite a bit of trouble. This was followed by periodontal stabilization using PMMA crowns for a relatively long period of about 4 months. After that, the final restoration was completed – zirconia crowns. This patient's case is not one of the spectacular visual metamorphoses of tooth reconstruction in one day. However, the anatomical conditions were very difficult to achieve the effect attached in the photos. Once again, the #patzi protocol saves the situation, including pterygoid implants . Compromise treatment of the front teeth. Unfortunately, a full reconstruction was not an option. The treatment included retreatment of the root canal in one of the central incisors, replacement of an old crown with a new one, and extensive composite restorations on the other central incisor as well as both lateral incisors. A demanding case involving the reconstruction of large, leaking composite buildups on teeth after endodontic treatment, and the execution of more appropriate, monolithic zirconia crowns. During the partial replacement of the composites, gingivectomy and osteoplasty of the interdental septa were necessary.
