First, I rebuilt the walls for root canal treatment, and then I removed a big pulp stone from the distal canal using ultrasonics. Surprisingly, it came out practically in one piece. Endo - resto treatment In this case, a two-visit approach. During the first visit, rewalling for endodontic treatment and partial root canal therapy were performed-obturating the canal was not possible due to significant bleeding from the apex. During the second visit, root canal treatment was completed, and the tooth was restored with a direct overlay. Due to thin walls, l decided to create a partial direct only based on an index taken before preparing the cavity.
