Instagram: Napiorkowska, stay up to date. :) I've been feeling rough for the past few weeks. :( Since I can't afford therapy, the only thing that currently helps me is staying mindful of all the anxious thoughts that come up and STOPPING them the moment I notice they are dragging me down, so I thought I'd share this vid with ya. It's difficult in the beginning, definitely easier said than done. HOWEVER, the more you practice, the quicker you notice those anxious thoughts. #anxiety #midnfulness
